Prior to receiving your parcel, please ensure to take a photograph or video for proof of item. Refunds cannot be provided if there is no video or other evidence.

Our Return/Refund Policy is applicable for broken items and damaged packaging due to factors unrelated to transportation and delivery. To prevent any unfortunate returns or refunds due to your pet not liking the products, we suggest ordering a trial pack or minimal amount before committing to a full purchase.

In addition, the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) stipulates that the following circumstances are not eligible for a return or exchange:

 = A sudden change of mind,

 = Misuse or mishandling of items by the customer, or

 = Finding the same item at a lower price in another store.

Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to the store’s policy at the point of purchase.
